This policy explains what information PropLumio ("we", "us") collects when you use proplumio.com and how we use it.
Who is responsible for your data
PropLumio is run by Modestas Rupainis, a private individual based in Lithuania, who is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach the controller at hello@proplumio.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Usage data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the referring site, and uses it to deliver and secure the site. The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate statistics such as page views, the pages people read, the sites that refer visitors, the type of device and how fast pages load. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data, and we do not use it to identify you.
- Cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security. If we add any tool that needs your consent, we will update this policy first and ask for that consent where the law requires it.
How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To answer your messages.
- To understand which content is useful to readers.
- To receive commissions from affiliate partners.
We do not sell your personal information.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
When you click a link to a prop firm, you leave our site. The firm, or the affiliate network it uses, may set its own cookies on its website to record that you came from PropLumio. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Service providers and international transfers
We use a small number of providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, protects it against attacks and provides our analytics. Cloudflare is based in the United States and may process usage data there and in its data centers worldwide. It participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Our email hosting provider stores the messages you send to hello@proplumio.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, California and other US states, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at hello@proplumio.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija); if you live elsewhere in the EU or in the UK, you can also contact the authority where you live.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
