Apex payout rules in 2026
To request a payout from an EOD or Intraday Performance Account, you need all four of these:
- Five qualifying trading days, each with at least the minimum net profit for your account.
- 50% consistency: your largest profitable day must be under 50% of net profit since your last approved payout.
- A balance above the safety net plus $500, because only profit above the safety net can be withdrawn and the minimum payout is $500.
- Payouts left: each Performance Account allows six payouts, each with its own cap.
| Account | Min daily profit (EOD / Intraday) | Safety net | Max total (EOD / Intraday) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $100 / $100 | $26,100 | $6,000 / $6,000 |
| 50K | $250 / $200 | $52,100 | $13,000 / $14,500 |
| 100K | $300 / $250 | $103,100 | $18,000 / $18,500 |
| 150K | $350 / $300 | $154,100 | $20,500 / $21,500 |
Apex payout caps by payout number
Each payout is capped by its number, and the caps differ slightly between EOD and Intraday accounts. The first and last caps are the same; Intraday accounts get higher caps on some of the middle payouts.
| Payout | 25K EOD / Intraday | 50K EOD / Intraday | 100K EOD / Intraday | 150K EOD / Intraday |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1 | $1,000 / $1,000 | $1,500 / $1,500 | $2,000 / $2,000 | $2,500 / $2,500 |
| #2 | $1,000 / $1,000 | $1,500 / $2,000 | $2,500 / $2,500 | $3,000 / $3,000 |
| #3 | $1,000 / $1,000 | $2,000 / $2,500 | $2,500 / $3,000 | $3,000 / $3,000 |
| #4 | $1,000 / $1,000 | $2,500 / $2,500 | $3,000 / $3,000 | $3,000 / $4,000 |
| #5 | $1,000 / $1,000 | $2,500 / $3,000 | $4,000 / $4,000 | $4,000 / $4,000 |
| #6 | $1,000 / $1,000 | $3,000 / $3,000 | $4,000 / $4,000 | $5,000 / $5,000 |
Worked example
A 50K EOD account makes $300, $600, $250, $900, $400 and $350 before its first payout: $2,800 of net profit and a $52,800 balance. All six days are above the $250 minimum, and the $900 best day is 32% of net profit, so the consistency rule is met. The first payout is capped at $1,500, but only $700 sits above the $52,100 safety net, so the most this trader can request is $700. That is the example loaded in the calculator.
The lesson: early on, the safety net, not the cap, limits your payout. Building a cushion above the safety net before your first request lets you take the full cap.

Frequently asked questions
How much can you withdraw from an Apex Performance Account?+
Only profit above the safety net, capped by payout number. On a 50K EOD account the caps are $1,500, $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, $2,500 and $3,000, so six payouts add up to $13,000. A 50K Intraday account allows up to $14,500. Apex pays 100% of approved payouts.
What is the Apex safety net?+
It is your drawdown limit plus $100: $26,100 on 25K, $52,100 on 50K, $103,100 on 100K and $154,100 on 150K. Your balance must stay above it, and only profit above it can be withdrawn. With the $500 minimum payout, a 50K account needs at least $52,600 to request a payout.
How does the Apex 50% consistency rule work?+
Your largest profitable day must be less than 50% of your net profit since your last approved payout, or since the account started. Losing days lower your net profit. Divide your best day by 0.5 to find the net profit you need: a $1,500 best day needs $3,000. It blocks the payout request but does not fail the account.
How many qualifying days do you need for an Apex payout?+
Five trading days that each meet a minimum net profit: $100 on 25K, $250, $300 or $350 on 50K–150K EOD accounts and $200, $250 or $300 on 50K–150K Intraday accounts. The days don't have to be consecutive, so payouts can be weekly.
How many payouts can you get from Apex?+
Six per Performance Account. After the sixth payout the account closes, and you need to pass another evaluation to get a new one. You can hold up to 20 Performance Accounts at once.
