Best for traders who want a one-time fee with no activation fee, instant upgrades and bundle discounts across many accounts. Weigh that against the 3% fee on every payout, restricted news windows on funded accounts and a list of excluded countries that includes several EU states.

Best for

  • ✓Traders who want to run several accounts: up to 10 funded, with bundle discounts and an in-house copier
  • ✓Traders who want no daily loss limit (Elite or Nitro) or daily payouts (Nitro)
  • ✓Traders who want their funded account the second they pass

Not ideal for

  • ✕Traders in excluded countries, including Lithuania, Slovenia, Bulgaria and the Philippines
  • ✕News traders on funded accounts: trades in Tier-1 news windows are voided
  • ✕Traders who mind a 3% processing fee on every payout

How FuturesElite works

FuturesElite (Quantum SRL, Italy) runs a futures prop program alongside a separate CFD brand. Every account is a one-time purchase with no activation fee and no time limit. You pass one evaluation phase, complete KYC and sign the funded contract, then trade a simulated Sim Funded account. Consistent traders are usually invited to live capital after their 4th consecutive payout. There are four plans:

FuturesElite rules

AccountProfit targetMax loss limit (EOD)Optional daily loss limitMax contracts
$25K$1,250$1,000$6002
$50K$3,000$2,000$1,2004
$100K$6,000$3,000$1,8008
$150K$9,000$4,500$2,70012

At checkout you choose the consistency rule: 40% (at least 3 trading days) or 50% (at least 2). The daily loss limit is optional. Once you pass, the funded account is created immediately with no consistency rule and no buffer.

Prime and Nitro rules

Prime has the same targets with a daily loss limit ($1,200 on 50K) and no consistency rule in the evaluation, so you can pass in one day. Nitro has no daily loss limit and a 50% evaluation consistency rule, but its funded account uses an intraday trailing drawdown that follows your equity high in real time until it locks at the starting balance plus $100.

Drawdown and other rules

  • End-of-day trailing drawdown on evaluations: it moves only after the session close and never moves down, but open positions count at the close.
  • Trading hours: 6:00 PM to 4:55 PM ET. Positions close automatically at 4:55 PM ET.
  • News: allowed in evaluations. On funded accounts, trades in a restricted Tier-1 window are voided (not a breach), and Nitro funded accounts may not trade Tier-1 news.
  • Scalping (trades of 10 seconds or less, or $20 or less per contract) is never a breach, but funded scalp profit is added to the payout target and removed from the withdrawable amount.
  • High-frequency trading is prohibited. Copy trading between your own accounts is allowed, including with FuturesElite's in-house copier.
  • Account limits: unlimited challenges; up to 10 funded accounts, with at most 5 from Elite, Instant and Nitro combined.

FuturesElite payout rules

Elite: at least 6 profitable days per cycle ($100, $150, $250 or $350 each by size) and net profit in the cycle. You can request 50% of your profit, from $500 up to the cap:

AccountFirst payout capLater payout cap
$25K$1,000$1,000
$50K$2,000$2,000
$100K$2,500$2,900
$150K$3,000$3,900

Nitro: after building a buffer ($2,100 on 50K) plus $500, request a payout every 24 hours, capped at $1,000–$2,800 by size, with no consistency rule.

Prime: reach a small funded profit target ($500 on 50K), stay above the buffer, and keep any single day at 40% or less of the request; caps rise from $2,000 to $2,800 over the first three payouts on 50K.

Instant: 10 trading days, a profit goal each cycle and a consistency rule of 20%, then 25%, then 30%, at an 80% split.

Requests are reviewed within 24–72 working hours and paid within 1–3 business days via Rise or crypto (crypto is limited to $500 per request). Every payout carries a 3% processing fee. Because FuturesElite follows Italian and EU anti-money-laundering rules, part of a payout, up to what you have paid the firm, may be refunded to your original payment method instead.

FuturesElite live accounts

The Risk Team decides who moves to live, usually after the 4th consecutive payout. Live accounts pay daily with a $200 minimum and a 90% split. Funded profit converts to live capital up to a cap (for example $12,000 on 50K) and is held in a Reserve you earn back by trading, and multiple accounts go live one at a time.

Is FuturesElite legit?

FuturesElite is operated by Quantum SRL, based in Latina, Italy, and says it is a technology company providing simulated trading accounts through partner brokers, not a regulated broker. It reports more than $9.5 million paid to traders and publishes payout certificates that traders share on its Discord and on PayoutJunction. Its rules are documented in a public FAQ, which we used for this review. Check its list of excluded countries before buying: it includes several EU states such as Lithuania, Slovenia and Bulgaria.

Who FuturesElite is for

FuturesElite suits traders who want a one-time fee with no activation fee, instant funded upgrades and room to scale across many accounts. Choose Elite for no daily loss limit and no funded consistency rule, Prime to pass in one day, Nitro for daily payouts, and Instant to skip the evaluation. Look elsewhere if you trade news on funded accounts, mind a 3% fee on each payout, or live in an excluded country.

FuturesElite platforms

FuturesElite supports Tradovate, NinjaTrader, WealthCharts, Quantower, ATAS, DeepCharts. Approved trade copiers can be used to copy trades across your own accounts, but not between different traders.
