Our verdict

Best for traders who want lots of choice under one roof: daily payouts, a no-consistency Flex plan, a one-day pass or instant funding, with no activation fee and a two-day payout guarantee. Read the plan you buy carefully: splits, drawdown types, holding-time rules and payout windows all differ, and every payout carries a 3% fee.

Best for

  • ✓Traders who want daily payouts with no funded consistency rule (Daily Payouts)
  • ✓Traders who want no daily loss limit and no funded consistency rule (Flex)
  • ✓Traders who want a wide choice of platforms with market data included

Not ideal for

  • ✕Scalpers: profit from trades closed within 2 minutes is deducted on several plans
  • ✕News traders on funded accounts: a 2-minute news buffer applies
  • ✕Traders who want a 90% split without paying for an add-on on EOD, Flex or 1-Day-Pass

How Goat Funded Futures works

Goat Funded Futures (GFF) is the futures brand of Goat Funded Trader. Every plan is a one-time fee with no activation fee, evaluations have no time limit, and positions must be closed by 15:55 CT each day. There are six plans:

All evaluations have a 6% profit target, and the 90/10 add-on costs an extra 20% of the challenge price. List prices run from $138 (EOD 50K) to $1,248 (Instant Classic 150K), and GFF often runs large discount codes.

Goat Funded Futures rules

Daily Payouts rules

AccountProfit targetMax drawdownDaily loss limitMax contracts
$25K$1,500$1,000$5002 minis / 20 micros
$50K$3,000$2,000$1,0004 minis / 40 micros
$100K$6,000$3,000$1,5006 minis / 60 micros
$150K$9,000$4,500$2,2508 minis / 80 micros

Two Daily Payouts rules catch traders out. The funded account uses an intraday trailing drawdown (the evaluation is end of day), and while hitting the daily loss limit is normally a soft pause, a third hit within 30 days closes the account. The drawdown locks at the starting balance plus $100.

EOD, Flex and 1-Day-Pass rules

  • EOD Challenge (50K–150K): end-of-day drawdown ($2,000 on 50K) that locks at the starting balance, no daily loss limit in the evaluation and a soft 2.5% limit once funded.
  • Flex Challenge (50K–150K): no daily loss limit in either phase and no consistency rule once funded, but at each payout at least half of your trades and profit must come from trades held longer than 1 minute.
  • 1-Day-Pass-Plan (25K–100K): no consistency rule in the evaluation, so you can pass in one day, with a 2% daily loss limit in both phases.

Trading rules

  • News: evaluations on EOD, Flex and 1-Day-Pass are unrestricted. All funded accounts, and Daily Payouts evaluations, have a 2-minute buffer around high-impact news.
  • Holding time: on EOD, 1-Day-Pass and Instant Classic, profit from trades closed within 2 minutes is deducted (not a breach). Flex and Daily Payouts use 1-minute and 60-second rules at payout instead.
  • No overnight or weekend positions.
  • Inactivity: trade at least once every 7 days.
  • Daily Payouts is manual trading only; bots are not allowed on that plan.

Goat Funded Futures payout rules

Daily Payouts: request every 24 hours once funded, with no winning-day count, a $500 minimum, and at least half of each request coming from new profit since the last payout.

EOD, Flex, 1-Day-Pass and Instant Classic: collect the required winning days (7 on EOD and Instant Classic, 5 on Flex and 1-Day-Pass), then request in one of two monthly windows: the 5th–8th or 20th–23rd. On the EOD 50K, for example, you can withdraw up to 50% of profit, capped at $1,500 for the first payout and rising to $2,750 from the fourth.

GFF pays through Rise or in USDT/USDC, and promises rewards within 2 business days or an extra $500. A 3% processing fee is deducted from every payout.

Goat Funded Futures path to live

Every plan can lead to GFF's Path to Live, where consistent traders move to a live brokerage account trading GFF capital. Live traders keep 90%, can request payouts daily, and have no per-payout cap. There is nothing extra to buy; selection is based on your funded trading.
