Our verdict

Best for traders who want a very cheap way into an evaluation (Elite Access for $39), daily payouts (Elite Daily) or low-cost instant funding (Ignite). Expect capped payouts until live, a 10-second minimum trade time, no bots and a news blackout on funded Elite accounts, and budget for the activation fee on Elite Access.

Best for

  • ✓Traders who want the lowest upfront cost: the Elite Access evaluation is $39 and can be passed in one day
  • ✓Traders who want daily payouts (Elite Daily) with no activation fee
  • ✓Traders who want to skip the evaluation with an instant funded account

Not ideal for

  • ✕Traders who rely on bots or EAs, which are not allowed
  • ✕News scalpers: funded Elite accounts cannot trade 2 minutes before or after major news
  • ✕Traders who want to copy trades across different account types or sizes

The Elite Access evaluation costs $39 one-time for any size, has no daily loss limit and no consistency rule, and can be passed in a single day. You must pass within 30 days; resets cost $35. After passing you pay the activation fee to open the funded account, which adds a soft daily loss limit, contract scaling and a 40% consistency rule. Elite Access Intraday works the same way but uses an intraday trailing drawdown once funded, in exchange for lower activation fees ($69–$179).

Top One Futures Elite Daily rules

Elite Daily is a monthly subscription with no activation fee. The evaluation has the same 6% targets, a daily loss limit ($500, $1,000, $1,250 or $1,850) and an end-of-day drawdown ($1,000, $2,000, $3,000 or $4,500). No day may exceed 40% of your profit during the evaluation; once funded there is no consistency rule. The subscription stops automatically when you pass.

Drawdown and other rules

  • End-of-day trailing drawdown: it follows your highest closing balance and locks at your starting balance plus $100 once you build that cushion (or after your first payout on several account types).
  • Daily loss limits are soft: hitting one pauses the account until the next session instead of failing it.
  • No overnight positions: close everything by 4:10 PM ET.
  • 10-second minimum trade time: profits from trades closed in under 10 seconds can be removed.
  • No EAs or bots.
  • Copy trading only between accounts of the same type and size.
  • Inactivity: trade at least once every 14 days or the account is closed.

Top One Futures payout rules

All funded accounts pay 90/10 through Rise (bank transfer or crypto), and every request is capped until you reach a live account:

AccountElite AccessElite DailyInstant Sim Funded 2.0Ignite
$25K$1,000$750$1,000$500
$50K$1,500$1,000$2,000$1,000
$100K$2,000$1,500$2,500$1,500
$150K$2,500$2,250$3,000$2,000

Elite Access: 5 profitable days ($200–$350 each), a balance above the buffer plus $500 ($52,500 on 50K), the 40% consistency rule, a $500 minimum, and from the second payout at least 50% of each request must be new profit.

Elite Daily: request a payout every 24 hours from day one once your balance is above the buffer ($2,500 on 50K), with a $500 minimum and the same 50% new-profit rule.

Instant Sim Funded needs a profit target each cycle (6%, then 5%, then 4%) and a 20% consistency score, and Ignite needs a 5% profit and a 15% consistency score for each payout, with a $250 minimum.

Top One Futures news trading rule

News trading is allowed on most accounts, but funded Elite Daily and Elite Access accounts may not open or close trades (including stop and target fills) from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after major high-impact news. Evaluations and instant funded accounts have no news rule.

Top One Futures path to live

After 3 successful payouts from one funded account (5 is the guideline on Elite Daily), a risk manager reviews you for a Pre-Live or Live account; Top One Futures can also move traders sooner. Live accounts start at a $0 balance with an end-of-day drawdown matching the account size, have no daily loss limit and no payout cap, and can scale up to five accounts. During the review your other accounts are paused, and on Elite Access only your most profitable account moves to live.

Is Top One Futures legit?

Top One Futures is run by Top One Futures, LLC and reports more than $30 million paid to traders and over 28,000 customers on its homepage. Its rules for every program are published in a detailed public help center, which we used for this review. Funded accounts are simulated until a trader moves to live. Note that Top One Futures has a strict no-refund policy, and that platform, account type and size cannot be changed after purchase.

Who Top One Futures is for

Choose Elite Access if you can pass quickly and want the cheapest evaluation, Elite Daily for daily payouts with no activation fee, and Instant Sim Funded or Ignite to skip the evaluation.
