Cost: Apex vs My Funded Futures

Both firms sell one-time evaluations and both publish their own codes. The difference is the activation fee: Apex charges one when you pass (unless you buy a more expensive No Activation Fee evaluation), and My Funded Futures charges none. Apex's help center points traders to SAVENOW, which took 90% off evaluations on October 25, 2026; MFFU's homepage advertised CLUB for 40% off any plan.

With current codes, Apex Intraday and MFFU Rapid cost almost exactly the same for a first-time pass. Retries are cheaper at Apex while the coupon runs ($24.90 for a new evaluation), but every Apex evaluation expires after 30 days with no resets. At list prices MFFU is much cheaper. Codes change, so check the price at checkout.

Apex lets you pass in one day. MFFU Rapid needs two days with a 50% consistency rule, but MFFU's Builder plan can be passed in one day with no evaluation consistency rule.

The funded drawdown works differently. At Apex, the Performance Account keeps the drawdown type you chose (end-of-day or intraday). At MFFU, Rapid switches to an intraday trailing drawdown once funded, while Rapid EOD, Builder and Pro keep an end-of-day drawdown. See our trailing drawdown guide.

Apex keeps nothing from approved payouts, but a 50K EOD account pays at most $13,000 ($14,500 on Intraday) over six capped payouts before it closes, and you can run up to 20 accounts. MFFU Rapid pays 90% daily with no consistency rule once you have built the buffer, and says most requests are approved automatically.

  • Copy trading: MFFU allows it on all account types; Apex allows copying across your own accounts only.
  • Inactivity: Apex needs two days of $50+ profit in every 30 days on each funded account; MFFU can close a one-time payment account after 7 days without a trade.
